🌿 Ingredients

🧪 How to Make the Spray

Boil 2 cups of filtered water in a clean pot.

Add:

Handful of dried vetiver roots

1 tablespoon of neem leaves or 1 teaspoon of neem powder

1 small piece of giloy root or 1 tablespoon chopped stem

1 tablespoon of green tea leaves

1 tablespoon dried chamomile or 1 chamomile tea bag

Let it simmer on low for 10–12 minutes with the lid on.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture steep until it cools completely.

Strain the liquid into a spray bottle using a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother) for extra microbial protection.

Store in the fridge for up to 7 days. Shake before each use.
