  1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India. There are no additional charges for standard domestic shipping. We charge additional shipping fee for cash on delivery orders

  2. Shipping Duration: We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Orders within India generally take a minimum of 3-5 days and a maximum of 12-15  business days to be delivered. Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and other factors. Please check the estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

  3. Order Tracking: You can check for your order status on our website. We also send an order confirmation email & phone number upon successful placement of your order. 

  4. Delivery Partners: We collaborate with trusted courier and delivery partners to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your orders. In case disputes with claims such as order status is delivered but you have not received, we will share the necessary contacts of support team of shipping partners to take this further. Please note: We do not refund such claims.

GoodMama.in will not be responsible for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information or if customer was not available to receive the order/ requested to leave the order at another place other than the address.
