Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Optional Additions:

- Cut fruits / boiled chicken chunks to add extra flavour. But please note, the shelf life of the bread will significantly come down to maximum 2-3 days in refrigerator.
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Seeds: Grind the pumpkin seeds into a fine meal. You can also grind the sunflower seeds or leave them whole for added texture.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin seed meal, sunflower seeds, hemp seed powder, and salt.
- Whisk the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until smooth.
- Combine: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. The batter will be thick but spreadable.
- Add Herbs (Optional): If you’re using fresh herbs or turmeric powder, fold them into the mixture at this stage.
- Transfer to Pan: Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bread is firm and golden brown. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
- Cool and Slice: Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing into pet-friendly pieces.
