Holistic Consultation - Meal Guidance

At Good Mama, each consultation is a one-on-one deep dive into your pet's health — not just symptoms, but everything that shapes their well-being. We look at food, environment, stress, movement, and emotions to understand why the body is reacting — and create a practical healing plan that restores balance from within.

Who It's For

This consultation is ideal if your pet has:

• Chronic itching, allergies, or yeast issues
• Gut or digestion imbalance (vomit, loose stool, bloating)
• Joint stiffness, arthritis, or mobility concerns
• Recurring ear, skin, or urinary infections
• Weight gain/loss, energy dips, or anxiety
• Or if you simply want to build a strong preventive wellness plan

Before You Book — Requirements

To ensure we can give your pet a truly accurate, safe recommendation, please have the following ready before booking:

• We do not provide vegetarian-only meal plans
• Recent blood reports, no older than 45 days: CBC, LFT (Liver Function Test), KFT (Kidney Function Test), Thyroid Panel, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 Profile
• A log of your pet's current diet (what they've actually been eating over the past 2 weeks)
• Photos of any active skin condition, hotspot, or visible symptom
• Your pet's current weight and breed
• A list of any current medications and supplements

Consultations cannot proceed without required reports submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled call. Incomplete submissions will need to be rescheduled.

How It Works

1. Book your consultation and complete payment
2. You'll receive a confirmation form to fill in your pet's full history, symptoms, and current diet
3. A 15-minute 1:1 discovery call is scheduled 
4. You'll receive your personalised meal guidance and healing guide following the call
5. One follow-up touchpoint is included, within 30 days of your original consultation

Support outside of booked consultations is not available via calls, DMs, or messages. For product-specific questions, please refer to our FAQ or Good Mama Channel. Questions beyond the included follow-up window require booking a new consultation.
